Terms of use
1. The service
Alpha Shorts is a private tool that creates short videos and publishes them on the channels of its operator. It is not a public service: no account can be created by third parties, and these terms mainly describe how the tool behaves towards the platforms it connects to.
2. Use of the platforms
The app connects only to the operator's own channels and complies with the terms of each platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Terms, and Meta's Platform Terms. Every video is approved by the operator before publication.
3. Content rules
- Videos made or altered with AI are disclosed as such, in the video and with each platform's label.
- No realistic depiction of an identifiable real person without consent; parodies are clearly marked.
- No content infringing third-party rights; third-party brands are only mentioned factually.
- Financial or health content is informational only and never personalised advice.
4. Liability
The tool is provided as is for its operator's own use. The operator is responsible for the content published on the operator's channels.

Il ne se connecte qu'aux chaînes de l'opérateur et respecte les conditions de chaque plateforme (YouTube, TikTok, Meta). Chaque vidéo est validée par l'opérateur avant publication. Les contenus générés ou modifiés par IA sont signalés comme tels ; aucune représentation réaliste d'une personne réelle identifiable sans son accord ; les contenus financiers ou de santé sont informatifs, jamais des conseils personnalisés.
